Our couch has been in a terrible situation, and indeed our house requires some furnishing touch ups, therefore, mum decided to bring us to IKEA today.
We departed as early as 10am to avoid parking problems.
(Actually mum is phobic about that...^.^)
I always loved to shop for furniture.
We were busily testing sofas when I spotted this.
This lamp is cool!!
but mum said it will look awful in our house.
Mum wanted this. Because it was damn cheap.
Only RM299 man!! But again mum said that the head rest was not comfy enough.
Then out of a sudden, mum decided to see some shelfing units.
And she was fascinated with this antique stained birch TV rack.
Then she started to plan a make over for our home.
Erm......
Because it was like....chinese new year is just 5 days to go, and you're talking about make overs...
Everyone was damn undecisive, and my stupid brother began to make noise.
So we left IKEA, just buying some frames, lightbulbs and a saving unit for my wardrobe.
Honestly, I was really pissed. Because she can't make up her mind in the largest furniture store in Malaysia, with the most variety of furniture, then where should we go and choose our couch?
Next, we went to 1 Utama.
No doubt, it was of no parking spaces, so this time, we were smart. We parked near the enterance at Giant Fresh.
But still there were lots of cars.
Wow!!
We shopped from 4pm to 10pm. Somehow Body Glove doesn't suit me this time. I saw one top at i am which I think it was nice, but mum said it was awful. I missed FILA which was on sales up to 70%. DENG!! Somehow, Forever 21, Topshop and Miss Selfridge is currently not my style. GAP was awesome but mum exited directly after looking at their price tags.
In conclusion, I did not buy anything.
Sigh.....
There are some cool CNY decorations though.
There are more but I am damn lazy to upload them. Just visit 1 Utama to know more.
Shit I am damn worried about myself having no new clothes for CNY....WTF?!!
